A Question regarding Access to Required AWS Dev Tools and Platform

When you mean, "Entrants will obtain access to the required developer tools/platform and complete a Project described below in Project Requirements", how can entrants access AWS dev tools once they signed up?

    Please refer to the rules related to 'Apply for Free AWS credits'. You need to submit the technical architecture after picking up the use case/challenge (out of 5 given). We will evaluate that architecture and will confirm within 3-5 days. If your architecture is approved, we shall get back with coupon code to avail AWS Credits.
