Intellectual Property Rights

In the Rules, under "Intellectual Property Rights" it states:
"All submissions remain the intellectual property of the individuals or organizations that developed them."

In the application for the AWS Credits under "Terms & Conditions" it states:
"All ideas submitted during the event will become the property of Impetus Technologies. Impetus reserves the right to use, develop, and extend the submitted ideas further. Participants will not retain ownership rights or control over the idea or its future use by Impetus."

Does this mean that if I do NOT request the AWS credits, then I retain ownership rights to my ideas submitted to Impetus?

    Hi, thanks for reaching out. Please follow the rules as a base and proceed with developing the solution. We are changing the AWS Credits 'terms & conditions' and making it same as the rules.

    All IPs will remain in the ownership of individuals who develop it.
